VISIT OF GRANDPARENTS ON 01/ 02/2025

It was a wonderful day for the kids of Bal Vatika when they paid a visit to school with their grandparents. After a candid discussion with the class teachers and the Principal, the grandparents took a tour of the school. The grandparents appreciated the school & its system and expressed their gratitude for all the love and care their grandchildren receive at their second home, the school. It was a fantastic experience for all of us.

THE FOOTBALL CHAMPS on Feb 01, 2025

DPS Dhaligaon won the MAHAVIR CUP Football Championship in the Chirang district among 14 teams. The best scorer was Mst. Aniket Sarkar (XI) & Mst.Jyoti Prasad Rajbongshi emerged as the best goal keeper. Kudos to the sturdy footballers!

INVOKING THE GODDESS OF LEARNING

The school celebrated Saraswati puja with all gaiety and devotion. The students, teaching fraternity , parents & all concerned were integral part of the puja .

YOUTH CONCLAVE 4.0 on February 09 , 2025

On Feb.09,2025 a team of 10 students along with the accompanying teacher, Ms. R Sarkar joined the Youth Conclave:04 structured by EAST STORY for school & college students along with some eminent personalities at Birjhora Tea Estate, Bongaigaon. Students were enlightened as they became part of the open interactions on contemporary issues. The conclave ended with a musical jamming and luncheon.

PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA:

The senior students of the school witnessed the 8^th episode of Pariksha Pe Charcha digitally on Feb.18,2025. Students were highly encouraged by the interaction of the Hon’ble Prime Minster, Shri Narendra Modi with the school students, offering them wise tips for the ensuing Board Examinations,2025.

<CBSE WEBINAR:

The principal and all concerned teachers of Classes-X & XII attended the webinar on modalities for conduct of AISSE/ASSCE -2025 on Feb.14,2025. All concerned were enlightened about the do’s & don’ts of conducting examinations in a fair & efficient manner.

THE SCHOOL GARDEN MAKES A MARK:FLOWER SHOW::2025

In the 15^th Flower Show , organised by IOCL,BGR , the school garden attained 2nd position in the public garden/ lawn category. The Principal, Dr. R.K.Mishra received a trophy, certificate & a gift voucher as a prize.

HON’BLE PRO-VICE CHAIRMAN’S VISIT AT THE MORNING ASSEMBLY:

At the visit of the Executive Director & Refinery Head, IOCL BGR and Hon’ble Pro-Vice Chairman, School Managing Committee, Shri Nayan Kumar Barua, the jolly kids of classes-I & II presented a wonderful assembly in the morning assembly. Our Hon’ble Pro-Vice Chairman appreciated the kids and encouraged them with his inspiring words.

MAGIC OF LITTLE HEARTS on Feb 25, 2025

The most charming show –Magic of Little Hearts , staged by the little angels of Bal Vatika enthralled us all with mesmerizing dances, song & enactment. The Executive Director & Refinery Head, IOCL BGR & Pro-Vice Chairman of the school along with other dignitaries present on the occasion ,applauded the kids for such a fantastic show. Indeed it was a brilliant performance !
