MOUPRIYA BAIDYA (XI, Science) D/O of Mr. Pankaj Baidya and Mrs. Mowsumi Baidya received a Scholarship of Rs 100000/-(One Lakh only) with a memento and certificate as a qualifier of AKAM JIGYASA QUIZ at the national Level at Indra Gandhi National Centre for Arts , Janpat Nagar, New Delhi on 11th and 12th of Aug 2023.

Miss Moupriya Baidya(XI) and Master Konjar Das emerged as winners as the district level ‘Bharat Ko Jano’Quiz and qualified for state level .

TECHNICAL MEET-SAKSHAM.
A technical meet was organized on 6th May ’23, by IOCL BGR on the occasion of SAKSHAM 2023 at RCCC auditorium. The programme was graced by Dr. Arup Kumar Misra, honourable Chairman, Pollution Control Board, Assam, as the Chief Guest.
A group of 22 students of the school from Classes X,XI & XII participated in the programme. Students and faculties of various technical institutions such as Assam Engineering College, CIT, Kokrajhar, Bireswar Brahma Engineering College, Kokrajhar were present in the programme. Delegates from various educational institutions made their verbal as well as and Power Point Presentations, on theme SAKSHAM-2023, “Energy Conservation towards Net Zero”.
On behalf of the school, Chihnit Chakraborty of Class-XII made an informative power point presentation on the said theme. As a whole, the programme was an eye opener for all participating students towards a very sensitive matter concerning mother earth.
