ART & PAINTING COMPETITION
On the occasion of Swachhta Pakhwada, IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery organized an ART & PAINTING competition on July 03, 2024. Our school participated in the same and the following students made their mark in the said competition-

TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Ms. Kinnori Bhattacharjee (PRT- Eng.) attended an informative workshop on Early Childhood Care & Education at the HRD Centre , the DPS Society, Greater Noida from June 20 to 29, 2024
Mr. P.C.Medhi (PGT- Mathematics) attended a residential & comprehensive workshop on Mathematics for classes:IX-X & XI-XII at the HRD Centre, the DPS Society,Greater Noida from July 09 to 13 ,2024.
CELEBRATION OF SHIKSHA SAPTAH
In tune with the Ministry of Education, Govt.of India , DPS Dhaligaon observed a weeklong celebration from July 22 to 28,2024 by arranging a number of Activities for students , like HOPSCOTCH, COUNT & PASTE , SKILLING & DIGITAL initiatives for ,Environment oriented programmes along with cultural bonanza highlighting UNITY IN DIVERSITY. This celebration is to mark the 4th Anniversary of implementation of NEP,2020
TESTING CAMPS FOR RAJYA PURASKAR(SCOUTS & GUIDES)
1. A group of five Scouts ,viz., Jyotirmoy Kalita(VIII), Rohit Basumatary(VIII),Shuvayan Dev(VIII), Darshanav Kakati(IX) & Bastaav Das(IX) participated in the camp held at State Training Centre, Chamatapathar, Assam , under the guidance of the Scout Master,Dipankar Mazumdar.HWB(S)
2. A group of five Guides, viz., Saanvi Dev(IX),Anju Kumari Thakur(VIII), Kreesti Yana Deka(VIII), Praptisikha Parishmita Parasar(VIII) & Zayana Haque(VIII) participated in the testing camp at the State Training Centre, Sonapur from 08 to 13 July,2024 under the guidance of Guide Captain , Ms. R.M.Kalita.
INTRAMURAL COMPETITION
In the Inter-House Senior Girls' Volleyball Competition , the result stands as below: 1st: Jhelum House 2nd: Ganga House 3rd: Yamuna House 4th: Brahmaputra House
INVESTITURE CEREMONY of STUDENT COUNCIL (Sub- Junior, Junior & Senior Category), SESSION : 2024-25, held on 31st July' 24.
A Model in the Making :
Miss Arooparna Roy(XI) turned out to be the 1st Runners-Up at the beauty contest- Kid' s Superstar, Season-4 held in Noida Film City in July 13, 2024. Kudos to her for such an accolade!
Our Smashing Karateka:
Miss Nabojita Sharma(X) brought laurels to the school by winning a gold in karate & a silver in kumite at the International Karate Championship held in July 27 & 28, 2024.in Kolkata. We are proud of her achievement.
The magic in the tender hands :
Mst. Aerin Sharma( IV) received the 1st prize in an online essay competition conducted by the renowned daily- The Assam Tribune on the occasion of WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY. Hearty congratulations to our promising young writer!
